At Seazenal®, we are committed to delivering seasonal wellness that flows seamlessly from our hands to yours. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery and return policies.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking provided.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.99
Express Delivery (1–2 working days, order before 12pm): £5.99

Free shipping on:

  • All subscription orders
  • Orders over £50

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

To request a return, email us at info@seazenal.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

All returns will be assessed by our Quality Control Team before a resolution is issued.

Return instructions:

  1. Repackage your item in the original delivery box
  2. Include your invoice or a printed copy of your order confirmation
  3. Clearly label the return package with the address provided by the Quality Control Team

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Subscriptions

Our subscription service offers convenient monthly deliveries and free shipping on every order. You can manage, pause, or cancel your plan anytime through your account.
