Monthly: You receive one bottle (60 capsules) every 30 days. Each bottle is tailored to the current season. When a new season begins, your formula updates automatically, no action needed.
Quarterly: You receive three bottles at the start of each season (enough for 3 months). Each new seasonal blend ships automatically as the seasons change.You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. It’s seasonal wellness, made seamless.
