At Seazenal®, we believe wellness should flow with the rhythm of nature—not fight against it. Founded by Dr. Wuraola Odunlami, a medical doctor and mother of two, Seazenal® was born out of both professional insight and personal experience.

After years of seeing people struggle with persistent tiredness and seasonal health dips—often linked to nutritional deficiencies—Dr. Wuraola noticed a clear pattern: our bodies respond to the seasons, but our supplements rarely do. In winter, for example, many people lack sufficient sunlight exposure, affecting mood, immunity, and skin health. Yet, few products truly adapt to these changing needs.

Frustrated by shelves full of single-nutrient megadoses and oversized tablets, and facing her own postpartum recovery challenges—including fatigue and hair loss—she set out to simplify it all.
